The third candy is at the forest. It looks like it is part of a life ring in a tree.

The second candy is at the coffee shop. It’s an  orange-looking color.

1st candy

The first candy is at the pizza parlor near the piano. It is green with stripes.

Pumpkin Treat Basket

You have to get the basket first at the snow forts so you can look for candy.
